It looks like people have been having this problem as far back as May and still no solution.Īnd yet national grid continues to advertise that they give EV charging rebates. National grid is unable to provide me with any sort of fix or timeframe for resolving this problem. Then I just get a spinning blue circle forever. But every time I try to log into this, it first kicks me back to the login screen and I have to type my email and password a second time. It is not user error because I can log into the Chevrolet app just fine. ![]() ![]() I have a Chevy Bolt which is on their eligibility list, but the app does not recognize my login. I am having the exact same problem as several reviewers below.
